Originally from Paso Robles, California, Jamie started editing in high school. Starting with a basic VHS player and a home camcorder, she spent hours cutting together films that she and her friends had shot. Even though it was slow going, Jamie knew this is what she wanted to pursue...maybe just with better equipment.
In 2008 Jamie graduated from Chapman University with a BFA in Film Production and dove straight into the editing scene in Los Angeles. Jamie is best known for her creative cutting, strong storytelling skills, and technical speed. She has been fortunate to be able to use these talents on a wide range of projects. From documentaries to drag queens, Jamie is always looking for new subjects to explore in her work.
In her free time Jamie enjoys traveling, hiking, and giving her dog, Sadie, all the belly rubs she could ever want!
